Your influencer should be someone who has a high amount of trust with their followers and can speak positively to your product or service to those followers. In 2017, it’s just no longer acceptable to have a platform that isn’t at least optimized for mobile use. In fact, there are companies that focus solely on mobile strategy and appearance, as they know their audience is accessing their information on a tablet or smartphone. Customer service will always be critical in the success of a company. In order to market that you have great customer service, you’ll need to be able to show it as well. Over the past decade, great strides have been made by many large corporations to ensure that their customer service is top notch, and canned response automation has been a huge part of these developments. In 2017, however, many versions of automated responses from help lines have grown to be rather frustrating and can lead to a lack of resolution of the customer issue. One solution to this problem has been developments with chatbots. These are bots infused with artificial intelligence technology and programming that can decipher what a customer is saying and feeling, offering a swift and informed resolution at any time of the day or night.
